Enrolments – How to Apply

Application for Enrolment Form

Applications for next years Enrolment can be lodged from March, and should be in by 20th July.
Families who apply for enrolment should receive a response by 31 July.

Applications can be made in person with printed hard copies OR via email with scanned PDFs* of all documentation. We may need to sight originals at our discretion.

Hard copy applications forms are available from our admin office between 8:30am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday during the school term.

For an application to be complete you must also provide copies of ALL of the following:

  • Your child’s Birth Certificate (must be the official one, not the ‘display’ version);
  • Your child’s Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) History Statement (must not be less than 2 months old) – see below for more information;
  • Proof of address – we will accept a recent copy of your Gas/Electricity/Internet bill OR a current Residential Tenancy Agreement ONLY**.

* We cannot accept image files such as jpg, gif, tif, png etc.

** We cannot accept drivers licence, water bill, or council rates as proof of address.

Please do not apply to enrol at more than one school at a time. If you apply to EHPS and then decide to go elsewhere you must advise the school asap.

Please note: We request this document for ALL prospective students.
Kindy students MUST be immunised or have a valid exemption to begin schooling at ANY WA public school.
