You can apply to enrol at East Hamersley Primary School at any time of the year by completing the application for enrolment form. You can also come into the office to receive a hard copy application should this be preferred.
As per the Department of Education’s Enrolment Policy, enrolment applications must be accompanied by:
- your child’s birth certificate (telephone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you do not have one)
- your child’s Immunisation History Statement (for instructions on how to obtain this statement visit the Department of Health)
- proof of your current address (such as a recent gas or electricity bill, latest bank statement, or a current lease agreement).
NB. this must have the property address and the name of the person enrolling the child.
Please note we cannot accept Water Bills, Rates, or Driver’s Licences as proof of address. - if applicable, copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements
If your child is transferring from another WA school, you must also provide:
- Latest school report from previous school.
If your child is not an Australian citizen you must also provide where applicable:
- Passport
- Date of entry into Australia
- Current visa subclass and previous visa subclass (if applicable)
- Confirmation of permission to enrol provided by TAFE International Western Australia (TIWA).
